NTHA and eKasi Traders Network celebrates highly successful “Christmas in July” event

A celebration of township entrepreneurs

A memorable day was enjoyed on 24 July at the iconic Chief’s House in Meadowlands, Soweto, by over 300 township business owners who are members of NTHA (National Tourism and Hospitality Association) at their annual “Christmas in July” event. The purpose of the event was to celebrate these NTHA members and the massive contribution they make towards their communities and the township economy.

NTHA members enjoyed exciting activations by sponsors, motivational and inspirational talks from various industry leaders and networking opportunities and were gifted with products from our sponsors which can be used in their township businesses.

Guests were treated to a delicious meal prepared by the students of the Ndofaya Catering Academy, spoilt with loads of giveaways and prizes from our sponsors and had the opportunity to engage directly with sponsors and exhibitors at the event. Congratulations to Gladys Tsoai who won an iKhokha Mover-pro device.
