Women in Stokvels in celebration of Women’s Month will be hosting the Wealth Creation through Stokvels event.

About the event

Stokvels form part of the fibre of every South African community. However, these Stokvels have primarily focused on consumption-based spending such as groceries, short-term savings, and burials. However, this wonderful concept of the Stokvel has now been broadened to include a wealth creation element. This is when Stokvels are changing the status quo and the narrative and focusing on wealth creation.
